Our Story

Brewed from the Ground Up

BrewJon began in a small garage with a single kettle and an obsession for flavour. What started as weekend experiments with malt, hops, and yeast turned into something the neighbourhood couldn't get enough of.

Today we run a dedicated microbrewery and taproom in the heart of the city, still brewing the way we always have — intentionally, by hand, and never in a hurry. Every batch is a new chapter.

We believe beer should have personality. That's why we rotate our offerings with the seasons, source ingredients from farms we know, and never brew the same pint twice without asking if we can make it better.

IPA

Haze Castle

6.8% ABV

A juicy New England IPA bursting with Citra and Mosaic hops. Notes of passionfruit, orange zest, and a whisper of pine. Hazy by nature, crisp by design.

Stout

Midnight Bridge

5.2% ABV

Smooth and roasty, with dark chocolate, cold-brew coffee, and a hint of vanilla. A stout that drinks easy — perfect for late nights and good company.

Pilsner

Golden Line

4.8% ABV

Crisp, clean, and brilliantly clear. A traditional German-style pils with floral hop bitterness and a dry, satisfying finish. Your new go-to.

Sour

Rhubarb & Rose

4.5% ABV

A tart, refreshing kettle sour made with real rhubarb and a touch of rose water. Bright pink, beautifully balanced, and dangerously drinkable.

West Coast Way

5.6% ABV

A bold West Coast pale with resinous pine and grapefruit pith. Clean malt backbone, high drinkability, and a long, bitter farewell.
